1. General Terms

When you book an experience with Adventure Time Yukon (841891 Yukon Inc.), you enter into a binding agreement with us. By completing your purchase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1.2 Accuracy of Booking Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to review all booking details upon receipt. Please notify us immediately of any errors so we can correct them before your activity.
1.3 Changes by Adventure Time Yukon
Adventure Time Yukon reserves the right to make changes to:

Routes

Equipment (including vehicles such as vans, buses, or e-bikes)

Guides or drivers
These changes may occur due to weather, safety concerns, operational needs, or unforeseen circumstances.
If a significant change is required, we will:

Notify you as soon as possible

Offer a suitable alternative, or

Provide a full refund if the experience cannot be delivered
1.4 Third-Party Services
Some experiences may involve third-party providers (e.g., transportation partners or activity operators). While we carefully select our partners, their individual terms may also apply.
In the event of a conflict, the stricter policy will apply, in accordance with applicable laws.
1.5 Non-Discrimination Policy
Adventure Time Yukon provides services in accordance with Canadian law and does not discriminate based on race, color, national or ethnic origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or disability.
2. Payments & Ticketing
2.1 Booking & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified, minimum 12hrs before departure.

Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and may be subject to applicable taxes
2.2 Ticket Validity
Bookings are valid only for:

The specified date and time

The listed activity and route
Tickets are non-transferable unless approved in writing by Adventure Time Yukon.
2.3 Resale & Fraud
Unauthorized resale of bookings is prohibited. Adventure Time Yukon reserves the right to cancel any booking suspected of fraud or misuse.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
3.1 Customer Cancellations

3.2 No-Shows
Failure to arrive at the designated meeting time will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
3.3 Weather & Safety Cancellations
Safety is our top priority.
If we cancel due to:

Road or trail safety

Mechanical or operational issues
You will be offered:

Adventure Time Yukon reserves the right to refuse participation if a guest’s behavior or condition poses a safety risk.

Adventure Time Yukon may update these Terms & Conditions at any time in accordance with applicable laws. The version in effect at the time of booking will apply to your purchase.

Pet Policy
If your favorite animal is accompanying you on your trip, we offer a variety of options to help ensure they travel safely. Animals are sentient beings, so we want to make sure that they’re treated respectfully and travel comfortably while on board.
The pet must be kept under control and must always be attended at all times around the vehicles, during the activities and while on board the bus.
To travel with your pet on board, please reserve at least 48 hours prior to departure.
The number of pets allowed on board is limited, and only certain seats can accommodate them.
Small pets traveling in a carrier are welcome on board and will be considered as a personal carry-on. Small pets must remain with their human’s seat environment.
Friendly dogs are accepted on the shuttle , one at the time , unless traveling within the same group. Individuals traveling with their dog will be assigned a specific seat to keep the animal out of reach.
The owner remains 100% responsible for the animal’s actions , interactions, damages, etc..
Pet Fee : $28.75 gst incl.
Pets are prohibited from traveling with us when :

With Unaccompanied minors

Passengers traveling with infants under the age of two years old.

With Passengers who require the use of a medical device at their seat, such as a CPAC machine, oxygen tank, etc

With Passengers already traveling with a service dog or an emotional support dog.

A support person may travel with a pet as long as they are able to aid both the pet and the passenger who requires assistance.

By booking this service you automatically agree to waive your rights to make 841891 Yukon Inc. liable for anything related to the transport of your pet.
Cargo Transport Policy
Conditions of Carriage
Applicability the provision set out and referred to in this consignment note shall apply to modes of transport used by Adventure Time for connection of consignments. They also apply if the mode of transport as described on the face of this consignment note is contrary to the original contract between the parties or performed by one or more modes of transport which may not be the defined mode of delivery of the consignment as agreed in this consignment note.

Definitions
Adventure Time means Adventure Time, a division of 841981 Yukon Inc.
Parties mean and includes consignor, consignee and/or his/her authorized representatives.
Freight referred to in this consignment note means the transportation charges alone and it excludes the other components like COD / TO PAY / MENTION PC charges taxes and other levies.
Delivery means tender of shipment to the parties or intimation about arrival of the shipment at the destination. -
Adventure Time is entitled to use any mode and route for transportation.

Adventure Time is a private carrier and its rights and liabilities are governed exclusively by the express terms set out herein below subject to the applicable laws this consignment note constitutes a binding contract between Adventure Time and the parties.

This consignment note issued by Adventure Time shall be strictly based on the declaration given by the parties. Adventure Time shall not be responsible for any wrongful declarations contained in this consignment note and the parties shall remain solely liable for the same in the event of goods under the consequential loss/ refund. Further the parties agree to make good any losses to Adventure Time in case of any claims being lodged on Adventure Time on account of delays arising out of insufficiency of documents or wrongful declaration contained in this consignment note.

Adventure Time’s RIGHT OF INSPECTION OF CONSIGNMENT
Adventure Time has the right but not the obligation to open and / or inspect any shipment consigned by the consignor to ensure that all the items are capable of carriage to the destination within the standard operating procedure and handling methods.
Adventure Time does not warrant that any particular item to be carried is capable of carriage without infringing the law of any state of the country from / to or through which the item may be carried.
Adventure Time reserves the right to refuse the consignor not conforming to these terms and conditions without assigning any reasons whatsoever. -
The parties are solely responsible for all / any payments levied by the government or any statutory body in respect of any consignment.

The parties hereby declare that the consignment covered under this consignment note does not include any contraband / legally restricted / hazardous / flammable/ glass/ poisonous goods/ explosive / currency / jewelry / food coupon / alcohol and spirits/ share certificate or articles categorized as prohibited under the regulations. Adventure Time will not be liable for any damage caused on the above-mentioned items.

Adventure Time shall have a general lien over all the consignments of the parties towards any dues payable to Adventure Time by the parties.

Adventure Time shall not entertain any warehouse booking & delivery unless the declaration form available with the concerned operating units is duly filled up along with the necessary enclosures and handed over to the concerned person.

The parties shall pay the freight and other charges at the time of booking or within the payment period stipulated in this consignment note in case of non –payment of the bill amount within the stipulated time the parties shall be liable for payment of interest at the rate of 2% per month the bills will be raised even if POD (Proof Of Delivery) copy is not submitted.

Adventure Time advises the parties to insure the goods handed over to Cold Shot for transportation under the consignor insurance. In the event of any loss Cold Shot shall provide COF (certificate of facts) on request. A COF charge of 0.2% on the invoice value shall be charged.

No claim shall be entertained by Adventure Time for any loss or shortage/ damage/ non-delivery / breakage / leakage / pilferage, etc. of the consignment unless a written claim is lodged within three (3) days from the date of delivery subject to the provisions under risk coverage or general liability clause of Adventure Time. Adventure Time will not be liable for any damage caused on prohibited items since they are not allowed to be shipped in the first place.

Value added services COD / TO PAY are provided at additional charges over and above the freight charges without any liability on Adventure Time’s part whatsoever with respect to the original contractual obligations or payment terms between the consignor and consignee or any third party.

Subsequent to booking of a consignment if the consignor makes any changes in the address or any other changes, additional charges shall be levied as a result of such a change.

It is the responsibility of the consignor to provide the necessary documentation including but not limited to invoice. Packing list permits and forms as applicable in accordance with laws of the destination of the goods any consequences including but not limited to penalty seizures shall be the sole responsibility of the consignor.

If the parties do not take delivery of the consignment for any reason whatsoever. Adventure Time shall raise bills on the parties towards the transportation and other charges including transport charges in accordance with the terms of the contract and the parties shall be liable to pay all dues payable to Adventure Time whether at the original booking station or elsewhere as notified by Adventure Time.

The demurrage clause shall apply for a period of one (1) month and if the consignment is not accepted by the parties with in this period for any reasons and the parties fail to make the payments due to Adventure Time, Adventure Time shall be entitled
to send the consignment to its unclaimed goods department to proceed with the sale of the consignment to realize all dues by issuing prescribed notices.
19. Consignments carrying valuable items may take an additional day, over and above the committed delivery due to security reasons and inspection process in between.
20. The liability of Adventure Time if any, in delay of the shipment (subject to any exceptions available under law) shall be to the extent of basic freight charges only. Adventure Time shall not be responsible for any consequential losses/claims.
21. All demands claims arising from this consignment note shall be paid at the registered office of Adventure Time.
22. Any dispute or differences arising from this consignment shall be referred to adjudication by a sole arbitrator Adventure Time shall be entitled to nominate the sole arbitrator to adjudicate any dispute differences or claims arising out of this consignment, the venue of arbitration shall be in The Yukon shall have the exclusive jurisdiction all claims arising from this consignment.
23. The terms and conditions stipulated are in addition to special contracts, if any between Adventure Time and the parties.
